Crest Impact’s Mary Waweru will be joining the panel to discuss what anti-Blackness is, how it shows up in the workplace and society and why it is needs to be a central topic in anti-racism to create effective DEI strategies. At Crest Impact, we believe in naming specific issues, building environments that are cemented in education and subsequently, the successfully eradicating harmful beliefs and practices that target Black people!
