Mary Waweru, the founder of Crest Impact, was part of this panel and informative session. Among other things, we discussed how diversity, equity and inclusion work is understood and carried out in various organisations and how diversity at the leadership level influences culture and safety for marginalised people. We also looked at the metrics used to determine diversity, equity and inclusion success.
