Crest Impact an official collaboration partner with Diversify came together for the biggest DEI event in the Nordics! The Diversify Nordics Summit (DNS) describes itself as the first-of-its-kind international conference that provides the largest platform in the Nordics to connect and share the best practices on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB). Crest Impact’s CEO, Mary Waweru, moderated a panel on:

📚 Bridging Equity and Belonging in the Arts and Culture sector. Challenges and opportunities.

How and who defines arts and culture? How, when and why do we celebrate and offer our support? How can we create bridges between communities and include important DEI elements to redefine this space, redesign its structures, and honour culture, heritage and creativity? Is there one way to do this? Can we acknowledge the multiple powerful contributions including the ones that have either been uncelebrated or muffled in the background. How do we go about this and what do we want to see changing in these environments?
